Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you can do it on your own through your "My Bookings." If you cannot, please let SS or TK know. If you no-show or late cancel habitually, you may be subject to a reduction in booking priority or a penalty. We want everyone to have access and keep this neighborhood tight-knit. Please help us!
